How to File a Takedown Notice

If you believe copyrighted material on our platform infringes your rights, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  5. A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe the material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content and its former location
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receipt, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless we are informed that court action has been filed.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts subject to multiple valid DMCA notices may face suspension or termination.
